Don Altman - General Manager

Don Altman serves as General Manager of FIS, bringing more than 40 years of experience in the commercial furniture industry. He is a trusted leader known for building long-term client relationships, leading teams through complex installations, and delivering consistent, high-quality results.  Don leads the company’s operations and execution while also driving business development and growth. He works closely with the field team and project partners to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.  With a background spanning both sales and operations, Don brings a balanced, hands-on approach that strengthens field execution while supporting the company’s continued growth.

Carol Sokolenko – CEO

Carol Sokolenko is the founder and CEO of FIS. She launched the company to combine her passion for operational excellence with her belief in empowering teams to take ownership and deliver meaningful results.  In addition to leading FIS, Carol is the CEO of Fre3dom Interiors, an award-winning commercial interiors and furnishings company. With more than two decades in the industry, she is known for building scalable processes, fostering strong partnerships, and elevating service delivery.  At FIS, Carol sets the strategic vision and leads with a focus on growth, accountability, and creating opportunities for clients, team members, and the communities they serve.
